" ALL STUDENT'S WILL BE HELD TO THE HIGHEST EXPECTATIONS AND CHALLENGED TO REACH THEIR FULLEST POTENTIAL!"
Teaching young minds is a task that cannot be taken lightly. It is full of challenges, frustrations, and responsibilities. However, it is a task that is also full of excitement and rewards. I certainly believe that all children are capable of learning and they need the proper motivation and direction from their teachers. As a teacher, I kept abreast of learning, motivation, behavior, and development theories in order to relate to my students and challenge them to reach their full academic potential. I see it as my responsibility to do all that I can to instill within each of my students, an intrinsic motivation to achieve their academic and life goals and gain a new appreciation of lifelong learning.
